Our Founder

Bushra Ismail is a dynamic publicist and the solo founder of a Gurugram-based integrated communications agency, Confiance Communications. With over 13 years of experience across journalism, comms and well-known agencies including Perfect Relations and Value360 Communications, Bushra has bagged several accolades & awards for her continuous contribution to the industry.

Bushra was named in Agency Reporter’s list of 40Under40 2020, Reputation Today’s list of 40Under40 2019, E4M’s 40Under40 Batch of 2019 and awarded ‘CEO of the Year’ at E4M’s Women Achievers Awards 2020. She has also been recently covered by Impact Magazine as one among India’s Top 50 Women Professionals in the field of Communications.

Bushra comes with a demonstrated history of building brands from the ground-up and giving them the desired image makeover. Skilled in Strategy, Image Building, Crisis Management, Media Relations and Strategic Campaigns, she helms everything to do with strategic communications. She is building and growing two agencies single-handedly, while also building a client base outside of India.
